By accessing or using MockAura (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Use of the Service

MockAura provides online mock exams, practice questions, analytics, and study tools. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes. You may:

  • Access and complete mock exams for personal study purposes
  • Review your performance analytics and study recommendations
  • Use the platform on multiple personal devices

4. Purchases and Payments

MockAura operates on a pay-per-exam model. Each exam is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access. For paid exams:

  • Each exam is a one-time payment in GBP (£) — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees
  • Payment grants lifetime access to all questions, mock exams, AI coaching, and analytics for that exam
  • Every exam includes free practice questions so you can try before you buy
  • Prices are set per exam and may vary; prices are displayed on the exam page before purchase
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked
  • Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases are not affected

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MockAura — including questions, explanations, exam simulations, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by MockAura or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account
  • Copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute exam questions or answers
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Exam Content Disclaimer

MockAura provides practice questions and mock exams for educational purposes only. Our content is designed to help you prepare but does not guarantee any specific exam outcome. Our questions are original and are not sourced from actual certification exams. Exam readiness scores and predictions are estimates based on your performance data and should not be taken as a guarantee of real exam results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or MockAura. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCKAURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
